Salmon color. Not much happening on the glass. Beautiful nose of lavender, white flowers and cashew. Good acidity, fresh and lively on the tongue. Flowers dominate the flavors, with just a bit of salinity, the kind you would find in a dry sherry. Excellent sipper, but could have been matched with a meal with no trouble.
